London Youth Games
Sport Kingston
are proud to support the Kingston Squad at
the London Youth Games.
We were very
impressed with yet another outstanding
performance by Team Kingston who achieved
13th place overall, out of 33 boroughs this
is an amazing result and shows the quality
of young athletes we have in the borough. |
|
Team Kingston
were awarded Gold Medals in Gymnastics F&V
Tier 1 (male); Trampolining; Girls Rugby;
Hockey (male) and Squash (male). |
|

This event is THE BIGGEST Youth Sport event
in the Country and a big thank you goes out
to every single member of Team Kingston,
Team Managers and Coaches and all of you who
took part in the trials and of course Liz
Foster from the Active Kingston Team who
co-ordinated Kingston’s entry. |

countdown to London 2012 is well and
truly underway following the Go
Kingston 2010 event which took place
on 25th July at the Hawker Centre.
Hundreds of people gathered to
celebrate that it’s only two years
to go until London hosts the 2012
Olympic and Paralympic Games.
