Volunteers sign up for Kingston events
|
Over 80 volunteers attended the Go Kingston Volunteer Roadshow on the 8th March. Organisers of events in Kingston's Cultural Programme recruited many volunteers on the night to support their events and ensure that everyone will be welcomed and well looked after when they come to Kingston during this special year. Volunteers are key to the success of Kingston's events and we are very grateful to everyone who signed up. There is still time to register if you want to help with events including the Olympic Torch Relay and Olympic Road Cycle Races, we need lots of people to line the streets and you couldn't have a better front row seat! To register please visit http://www.kvc.org.uk/ |
